And the big shots who work with him, in the White house and in the upper echelons of government, should have urged him to RETIRE and they have defaulted and breached their obligations to the Americcan people by propping up this seriously infirm man. And he not only was so cognitively impaired that he lapsed into incoherence pn more than one occasion; he also seemed physicaly frail, as if the slightest gust of wind would knock him over.
