Mamdani's Triumph: New Hampshire 1968 Redux
This is a Great Day for the Left

Mamdani’s win is something on the order of Gene Mc Carthy’s upset in the Democratic Presidential Primary in New Hampshire in 1968. Gene was expected to get 12 percent. He got 42 percent. Gene had dared to challenge our war on and against Vietnam.
(They always underestimate the strength of progressives with false polls so progressives will give up and not vote)
Also, Gene’s anti Vietnam war position was supposed to be unviable and only suitable for San Francisco and NYC’s upper west side. Gene’s big showing validated and boosted the anti war position.
Similiarly, Mamdani’s win will validate and augment the power of hard left and socialistic politics and will, hopefully, begin to shatter the reign of the ruthless rich.
In honor of Mamdani’s historic, galvanic win, I give you the finest scene in Hollywood’s 100 year history of shlock in which it continually committed the sin that Rousseau had leveled at Baroque art, “strewing garlands of flowers ‘round the iron chains of tyranny.”1
Rousseau entered a contest at the Academy of Dijon in 1750. Contestants were directed to write an essay explaining how the arts and sciences had helped France. Rousseau said they had harmed France: Science had only taken us away from the beauty, sensuality and immediacy of nature, and Art had simply prettified autocracy and tyranny with waltzes and pretty pictures and pretty palaces. Rousseau won the contest (And a cash prize of 1000 Francs) and his brilliant career was born.
You had to say as you are such a fucking loser raining on others parades!
God forbid creeps like you get a single inch may you go to hell first!
Eugene McCarthy? That fucking losing even wrote terrible poetry! and jerks like you buy it at list price! You fucking loser! Try winning? Just your words piss me off as Eugene McCarthy reminds me of the way the Confederacy lost "gloriously" as the Scot lost gloriously.
Losing sucks then it becomes a bad habit The right puts down the left but never underestimates the left the left is who under estimates the left. Now shoot me because your feelings have been offended.
